Maruska Cottage is located in the Vlasenka area of the town of Ceska Metuje. Situated on a south-facing slope, the place provides an idyllic atmosphere and a beautiful view. Two attic bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people (5 and 3 beds). In the ground floor, there is a common room with a dining space, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. The house is heated by a wood stove, and also by electricity in the attic area. There is a sheltered fire pit seating spot in the garden where you can spend your evenings, which Czech people very much enjoy. If you plan to arrive by car, there is a parking space for 2 or 3 cars next to the house (in winter it is better to park your car at a car park under the house). The place is a good starting point for walking, cycling and road trips.

Cross country skiing trails – 300 kilometers of trails, with the closest ones leading to Rock Castle / Bischofstein and further to Adrspach-Teplice Rocks.
Piste skiing – the closest pistes are in Radvanice Studenka, Petrikovice, Teplice nad Metuji and Machov. You can also go skiing to Krkonose Mountains (Zacler). You can find more information about skiing in this area HERE.
